  • Addressing cost and growth challenges due to silo'd operating models.​

  • Taking a dynamic sourcing approach to developing innovative commercial structures and closing deals faster.

  • Setting up Advisory Councils of highly experienced, SVP/VP/Managing Directors, to advise on all Digital challenges.

Sunil is currently supporting a UK based private capital business providing commercial due diligence and a value creation plan for an IT Services asset.

Sunil has recently finished a successful interim leadership role at Lenovo, the world's top PC manufacturer, from February 2023 to May 2024. During this time, he established the GTM strategy, pipeline growth and deal closure proof points, as well as the implementation program for a new Global Services business focused on Digital Workplace.

​

His previous role was as a Managing Director at Avanade - the $4bn+ joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture - responsible for setting up the Global Sales Function where he led the transformation to a new sales operating model.

 

Previously at T-Systems International GmbH, a division of Deutsche Telekom AG, he held the role of Vice President Strategic Development. He was responsible for developing a Global, Corporate Strategy to drive €500m in cashflow improvement over 3 years.

​

Sunil worked for 13 years at CSC and DXC Technology in Corporate roles - Director Strategic Partnerships, Chief Operating Officer for Global Infrastructure Services, Global Corporate Development Director for Business and Infrastructure Services, Office of the CEO, and Regional Vice President for International Strategy.

 

For the prior 7 years, he worked at EDS and AT Kearney as a Management Consultant. Pre-2000, he worked for SAS Institute, Bull(now Sopra Steria), Philips Origin(now ATOS) and was a Board Director at a dotcom startup Clarient. He started his career with BP Exploration.

​

He's a graduate of Imperial College, London with a post grad program in Corporate Finance at London Business School.

​

In 2013, he was appointed for a 4 year term as a Governor of Kingston College - 10,000+ students with a budget of £30m+ - to help drive a strategy to secure its future and financial status. This was achieved in 2017 with a first of its kind, three college merger between Kingston, Carshalton and South Thames Colleges.

 

In his spare time, he plays competitive golf at Burhill Golf Club, where he sits on the men's committee, enjoys running, reading, exploring different cuisines and watching his daughters play hockey.
